July is hot, but Port City Music Hall has proven hotter!

From the southwest to the deep south, Roger Clyne and The Peacemakers, Donavon Frankenreiter, Rebelution, and The Radiators all make their way to the far north to share their musical gifts with Port City Music Hall and Portland, Maine.
On July 18th at 7pm WCLZ welcomes Roger Clyne and The Peacemakers with special guest Howard Jennings to PCMH. Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers have shattered old definitions of what is expected of a rock and roll band and forged a unique path of roots, rock, and a Southwestern influence. Ashbury Park Press dubbed Clyne, "...equal parts storyteller, songwriter and singer talents that have earned him a reputation as the Bruce Springsteen of the Southwest."

Singer, songwriter, and surfer Donavon Frankenreiter rides his own wave of acoustic-rock all the way from Southern California to Portland July 23rd at 8pm. Having worked closely with long time friend Jack Johnson on his most current album "Glow", the albums 10 tracks are the perfect antidote to trying times: warm, organic, and overwhelmingly hopeful; just like Donavon.

New Orleans-based band The Radiators have combined the traditional musical styles of their native city (New Orleans) with more mainstream rock and R&B influences to form a bouncy, funky variety of swamp-rock they call "fish-head music." Come get a taste of some spicy, cajun New Orleans flavor July 24th at 8pm.

Rebelution rolls in from Santa Barbara, California on July 28th  at 8pmto represent the Cali-Reggae scene at Port City Music Hall. Their grassroots-reggae infused style of music can only be described as kicked back and worry free. Get loose and feel the vibes.
